I'm not sure what magic y'all brought to the table but people felt comfortable and ready to share and connect in that way that makes all the difference in the world.

The vulnerability exercise really hit hard for our group - it was invaluable to connect personally with one another. I think that's going to really change the dynamic of the team.

I would recommend PeopleStorming for many reasons including that the facilitators are delightful. ❤️

You should take the PeopleStorming workshops because they give you a great framework that you can build upon. The impact upon an organization is that all your employees are now equipped with a similar language / dictionary and understand its definition. I really liked the format of the sessions. It made sense how it all flowed together. I also liked when the facilitators would pose a challenging question and get different points of view - which led to thought provoking discussions.

The workshop was a great foundation in the mechanics of decision making. It was well organized and had great material.

The most impactful parts were around slowing down and thinking about criteria, stakeholders, and reframing the problem statement.

Great work by PeopleStorming.

The facilitation was excellent. excellent, excellent! You really crushed all the training objectives.

I found the psychological and behavioral insight into why conversations go the way they do really interesting. Learning how to help steer towards desired results was valuable.

I also really liked the tool for self-awareness as a meeting participant.
